Brooksville-Bobby Allen Wagel, 77, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017 in Houston TX.  He was born on June 19, 1940 to the late Jesse and Clarice Dean Wagel.  Mr. Wagel was a United States Army Veteran and retired from the United States Air Force Reserves.  He was a member of Concord United Methodist Church.  He is survived by his wife, Martha Jane Johnson Wagel; two sons, Ashley Allen Wagel of Marion, IA and Aaron Stewart Wagel of Flint, MI; and two grandchildren, Lucy Perkins-Wagel and Austin Tanner Murphy. Funeral will be 12pm on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Moore & Parker Funeral Home in Brooksville.  Visitation will be 11-12 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Dowagiac, MI. Condolences may be sent to VISITATION AND SERVICE WILL BE TODAY AS PLANNED.

So sorry to hear of Bobby's passing.  His parents were our neighbors and his mother, I called her Nanny, was my babysitter most of my childhood...I just loved her!  Thoughts and prayers are with the Wagel family!

I’m so sorry to hear about Bobby’s passing. Mr. and Mrs. wages were always so proud of him and your family.  He and Mike used to enjoy trying to solve the worlds problems. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

On behalf of Bracken Co. Historical Society,our heartfelt sympathy. Bobby was a great suppoter of our Society, a wonderful geneologist and loved Bracken Co. dearly. We will miss his visits and will honor him in our museum.

Jane, mom and I are so sorry for your lost. He will be miss.   With this weather we may not be able to visit.   Know that we would be there in our hearts ??.   We loved Bob and will miss him.   Love Elisa
